Dear Friends and Collectors,

Welcome to another curation of artists I particularly enjoy working with. It’s a great pleasure for me to be hosting this show live at home as well as online. Many of you who live locally will drop by next weekend whilst others will hopefully enjoy the online show.

Crean & Company continues to work as an incubator gallery helping early and mid-term artists get their works seen by many more potential collectors.

It is always my aim to help further an artist’s career and if they then get picked up by a more established or even a “West End gallery”, I simply think that is something to celebrate. Two will be celebrating with such news in 2025, so watch this space.

This year, I am delighted to show three of our most popular gallery artists; Avital Burg, Will Topley and Laura Smith. I am equally thrilled to be introducing the work of Sophie Thynne, Anna Maconochie and the ceramicist, Kimia Amini. I absolutely love their work. The colour, passion, craftsmanship and sensitive observations inspire me as I hope they will you.

Might I just thank the genius of Mary Petherick who has so efficiently built our new site and launched this exhibition. I started  working life as Charles and Maurice Saatchi’s ‘right hand’, so I truly do know the value of a calm and efficient ally.
